Return and refund policy

 

All products come with a FREE replacement/refund warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, are defective, or significantly different from the product description are eligible for a refund.

Return Requirements

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • If any damage occurs during return shipment, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.

Issue Resolution

If your purchase does not match the description or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email them to info@primemirror.com.au. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.


Returns & Refunds Process

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund?

  1. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing info@primemirror.com.au with a detailed reason for the return and supporting photos or videos.

  3. Once approved, you will receive an RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the return.

  4. Use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

  5. Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Please send the item back as a gift to avoid additional customs fees, as we do not cover return customs charges.

  • Once your returned product is received, we will inspect it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be sent to your email.


Partial Refund Situations

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  1. Missing parts or accessories from the original package.

  2. Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@primemirror.com.au.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at info@primemirror.com.au.

⚠️ Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.


Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?

  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, you may cancel it, but a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and payment processing fees.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Invalid Reasons for Refund Requests

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Buyer changes their mind or experiences buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect color, size, model ordered).

  • Buyer fails to do proper research before purchasing.

  • Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items at the listed price.

The time required for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location.
